Stop worrying about their backwalkover, frontwalkover, backhandspring, etc. Why does it matter so much to you if your kid gets a skill or makes a certain team at a particular age? Name one thing that you mastered when you were 9 that would’ve changed your life’s trajectory if you had done so at 7…….

STOP WANTING THEIR SKILLS SOONER.

FOCUS ON THEM HAVING THEIR SKILLS LONGER.

If you HAVE to worry about anything, then concern yourself with longevity. To do so, your monSTAR needs to work on injury prevention and CONDITIONING.

How many push-ups can your baby do? How long can they hold a proper push-up shape? How long can they hold a handstand against a wall? What is their balance like? How strong is their core? How many pistol squats can they do? What are you/their coaches doing to strengthen ankles, knees, and wrists? What’s their injury prevention regimen?

At the beginning of each school year, you buy every single thing on your child’s school supplies list to ensure they go prepared to succeed. With that same exuberance, I want you to make sure your kid is equipped with what they need to safely excel at the gym and at competitions.

And that is the purpose of attending Tumble Doctor camps, clinics, and intensives.
